Congratulations on your decision to focus time and energy on pursuing your highest and best self. I'm so delighted that you've chosen to take this step.
Coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work balance, fulfillment and life purpose. I work with highly motivated individuals to define and pursue success on their own terms, and I am passionate about supporting, guiding and inspiring you to that success.
Our first appointment will be a discovery session intended to establish the foundation of our work together and jumpstart our relationship. We will design our alliance (how we will work together), review the policies and terms of our engagement, and clarify any questions or concerns, however, most of our time will be spent educating me about you.
In order to facilitate that discovery process, I have included some homework. Please take some time to answer these questions designed to spark your creativity and support you in deeply looking at your life. Be as open and honest as you can. Your answers will provide the groundwork for our work together and will help me to understand where you are, where you want to be and what I am to hold for you as your vision for yourself.
I am honored that you have entrusted me with your highest aspirations and I look forward to our work together.
