Sensitive to organizational dynamics and the unforeseen obstacles they may hold, I work with groups to facilitate the improvement of a team's capabilities around specific tasks as well as in the interpersonal realm, enabling them to become more efficient and effective by overcoming technical and organizational barriers to change.
As a trusted advisor and solutions-focused coach, I provide clients with the observation, insights, information and support needed to deepen awareness, embrace change, and inspire others.
Whether working with organizations or individuals, I help clients zero in on where they are and where they want to be, identify their strengths and challenges, develop new perspectives and skills, all while navigating the surrounding mix of values, work processes, and competing agendas to determine the right blend of strategies needed to achieve their objectives.
1.) Schedule your complimentary session. This free 30-minute session will help us to assess if we both feel this is a good fit. You will leave this session with greater clarity around your goals, more awareness of what is holding you back and a simple plan for next steps.
2.) Scheduling one-on-one private coaching. Once you confirm your decision to move forward, based on our respective schedules, we'll determine a regular time for our calls. (Coaching by phone or Skype allows greater flexibility so you can benefit no matter where you- or I- happen to be.) To sustain momentum, we will schedule three 45- 60 minute calls per month.
3.) Advance Work. Before our first "regular" session, you will receive a profile questionnaire to complete as way to get things started and create a strong foundation for a successful engagement.
4.) Confidentiality. Our work together is completely confidential. Simply put, unless you choose to share it, nothing you discuss will ever be revealed, not even the fact that you are engaged in coaching with me. Whether anyone knows about your coaching is solely up to you.
5.) Time Commitment. While you will experience immediate value in our work together, change doesn't happen overnight. Clients may find that in order to achieve their goals they will need to spend time between each call on “homework” in the form of inquiries to contemplate, experiments to try, or a self-determined assignment to deepen your learning.
SPARK (one 90-120 minute session): A single, highly focused-session useful for gaining insight and perspective around an immediate, discreet issue with a brief accountability follow up and check-in.
RISE (eight 30-45 minute sessions): Eight weekly sessions over the course of two months, this plan is designed for maximum impact in a concentrated timeframe. A focused plan that will help you identify and gain greater clarity around key goals and make progress toward those goals.
SOAR (six months): A six-month commitment of two to three calls each month allowing space and time for a more expansive engagement. Building on previous growth and success, clients are encouraged to articulate their most audacious goals then set about the business of aligning to those goals. Requiring time, effort, commitment and discipline, this program creates lasting change.
SYNERGY (variable): Working with organizations to explore how best to enhance the interaction or cooperation within your team, division or overall organization to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their individual parts.
