(online) Yoga with Sherry
Shoshin (初心) is a word from Zen Buddhism meaning "beginner's mind." It refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject, even when studying at an advanced level, just as a beginner would. It’s dropping our expectations and preconceived ideas about something, and seeing things with an open mind, fresh eyes, just like a beginner.
It is with this perspective that I step into online teaching, and I am so excited that you have chosen to join me on this journey. Thank you. I am deeply grateful for your presence and your energy. Your support is invaluable!
